Breast augmentation
It consists of beautifying and increasing the volume of the breasts by placing an implant.
The implant will be placed either behind the muscle, behind the gland or behind the breast gland….

Breast lift
Mastopexy is the elevation and repositioning of the breast descended by the passage of time, pregnancy or sudden weight loss.
The postoperative period and recovery from breast lift is quick and painless.

Breast Reduction
It is the reduction of breast volume by removing a portion of the gland and excess skin, and a subsequent remodeling.
We achieve a smaller breast, enhanced and with the appropriate projection, according to the patient’s physiognomy. See Breast reduction before/after.

Tuberous Breasts
Tuberous breast is a congenital malformation of the breast that appears relatively frequently. In many cases, they are very obvious cases that involve a great emotional upheaval for the patient.
Other cases are milder and it is difficult to identify tuberous or tubular breasts, as they go unnoticed even by the patient herself.

Reconstruction after mastectomy
After complete or partial removal of the breast due to cancer, the sequel is the absence of the breast or a remaining breast of inadequate shape and volume.
This is solved with reconstructive techniques involving:
- The use of skin expanders.
- Implant placement.
- Use of the patient’s own tissues such as abdomen: DIEP flap, TRAM, back – Latissimus Dorsi -, etc.

Male Breast Reduction
It is the presence of an abnormally developed mammary gland in the male. When it persists in time, in spite of having ceased the cause that produced it, the only treatment is surgery.
Depending on the degree of severity, it can be resolved:
- With techniques such as liposuction
- With removal of the gland and excess skin.
