Facial Mesotherapy

Facial mesotherapy is a highly effective, safe and minimally invasive rejuvenating treatment designed to achieve more rested, luminous, radiant and hydrated skin.

This minimally invasive technique consists of applying small, multiple injections to the face and décolletage. Through these microinjections, we introduce a personalised cocktail of vitamins, hyaluronic acid and amino acids into the skin, allowing these active ingredients to reach the dermis, stimulate deep skin regeneration and improve skin elasticity.

Depending on the diagnosis and the individual needs of each patient, between 4 and 8 sessions may be recommended. Results usually begin to become visible after approximately two weeks.

Facial mesotherapy may also be combined with hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, such as Juvéderm® Voluma or Volbella, when volume restoration or facial contour enhancement is also required.

Nanopore Turbo Roller

At our clinic, we work with the latest advances in aesthetic medicine. For this reason, we offer the Nanopore Turbo Roller, an advanced aesthetic device developed by Sesderma Laboratories and Mediderma Spain, designed to stimulate and regenerate skin collagen, the protein responsible for firmness, smoothness and a more youthful appearance.

The treatment uses a handpiece with a needle module that creates controlled microchannels in the skin, both in terms of depth and application time. These microchannels are barely perceptible to the patient and help stimulate the skin’s natural repair process.

Nanopore Turbo Roller allows us to apply advanced liposomal products more effectively, containing very low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and growth factors such as TGF-beta2. These active ingredients are used to improve skin ageing, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, enlarged pores and certain types of scars.

The treatment is comfortable and straightforward. It usually produces only mild redness, which typically disappears within a few hours.
